Mandarin and Cantonese speaking junior account manager (call base)

ChromeBurner is looking for a junior account manager at call base who fully masters the Chinese language.

We are the largest motorcycle clothing specialist in the Netherlands. Partly because we operate worldwide. With an average of 50% growth each year, we are well on our way to become one of the leading companies in our industry. This growth has not gone unnoticed, as can be seen from multitude of awards we have won. Our ambitions are big, so to further facilitate this growth we want to expand our team with an Chinese speaking junior account manager.

What are you doing?
Because we operate worldwide, a fast growing portion our customers are coming from China. To facilitate this growth while maintaining excellent customer service we are looking for a Junior Account Manager. It is your job to take care of the acquisition of new accounts in China and building the relation with them to help them grow their business. You are not only their main contact, but also advisor when it comes to which goods to buy at which moment, ensuring a healthy stock and good planning for your direct customers. All to help them use ChromeBurner’s resources to the max of our ability. Of course you are not alone in this effort and have the full support of other colleagues working in the export sales department.

Who are you?
The perfect candidate for the job is a student who speaks and writes Mandarin and Cantonese. Besides that you are also speaking English to communicate with your colleagues at the office. We are looking for a student because of the flexible working hours, you can do the work besides your school hours. The hours can be coordinated in consultation, you will have a contract at call base. We also believe to give everybody an opportunity to work while still studying. As a junior account manager you will be working independently and accurate. To communicate with the customers you need to be very strong both verbally and in writing, confident and willing to listen closely to their wishes.
